2. No account, no guarantees of persistence

The site has no account system. All progress is stored locally in your browser and can be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing, or switch devices. No backup exists and lost progress cannot be restored.

3. Intellectual property

The games, source code, written guides, artwork and branding on this site are the property of Anas Tanveer unless stated otherwise. Merge 2048 is an original implementation of a widely reimplemented game concept; Wordit is an original implementation inspired by the daily word-guessing genre. Flag images are served by flagcdn.com. You may link to any page freely, but you may not republish the games or their code as your own.

4. Advertising

The site is supported by advertising. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. Deliberately clicking ads to inflate revenue is prohibited and violates our advertising partners' policies. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

5. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Games may be changed, paused or removed at any time without notice, and no uptime is guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability
