Before you write about a bug
Two things solve most reports on the spot. First, scores and streaks are stored in your own browser â if you cleared site data, switched browsers or played in a private window, that history is genuinely gone and cannot be recovered. Second, if a game will not load, an ad blocker or a strict content blocker is the usual cause; try once with it disabled before reporting.
If it still looks wrong, send the game name, your device and browser, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help more than descriptions.
