Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Anas Arcade (games.anastanveer.com) collects when you use the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to every page and every game on this domain, and to the Rift Android app published on Google Play.

1. The short version

  • There is no account system. We never ask for your name, email or password to play.
  • Your scores, streaks and settings are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us.
  • We do not operate a leaderboard server or a user database.
  • The site is funded by advertising. Our advertising partners — principally Google — do use cookies and similar technologies, and those are described in full below.

2. The Rift Android app

Versions through 1.1.9: these releases have no advertising SDK or analytics. Game progress and settings stay in the app's private storage.

Advertising versions: version 1.2.0 uses demonstration ads. Release builds from version 1.2.1 use our production Google AdMob ad units and Google's User Messaging Platform; ads may generate revenue when served. Development builds use test ads. Availability depends on the installed version and Google ad serving.

When advertising is enabled, Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising IDs and other device identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Connections to these services are encrypted in transit. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses partner-app information.

The game asks for an age group, saved only on the device; no name or date of birth is requested. For players who select under 16, the game does not initialize or request ads. For other players, privacy choices are checked before advertising starts. Where required, use Ad privacy choices in the game menu to manage or withdraw choices. You may also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Unavailable ads never prevent gameplay.

Progress, scores, sound settings and the age-group choice remain on the device and can be cleared using Android app-storage settings. 3. Information stored on your device

The games use your browser's localStorage to remember things between visits: your daily puzzle progress and streak, your best scores, your guess distribution, and whether you have muted sound effects.

This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us, it is not associated with any identifier, and we have no way to read it. You can erase all of it at any time by clearing site data for games.anastanveer.com in your browser settings, which will reset your statistics.

4. Information collected automatically

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server request data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and the time of the request. This is used for delivering the site, security and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.

5. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. To make that work, the following applies:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and to other websites on the internet.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Opting out does not remove ads; it makes them non-personalised.
  • Third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google may also serve ads on this site. Where they do, they may use their own cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to measure ad effectiveness and personalise the ads you see. This site does not control those cookies and has no access to them.
  • You can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices (Digital Advertising Alliance), youronlinechoices.eu (European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance), or optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).

6. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message will be shown before personalised advertising cookies are set, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy and the applicable data-protection rules. You may withhold consent, and you may change your choice at any time through the consent controls provided by that message or through your Google Ads Settings.

7. Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

8. Third-party services used

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Privacy policy
  • Google AdSense — advertising. Privacy policy
  • flagcdn.com — serves the flag images used in FlagMaster. Loading an image from that domain discloses your IP address and user-agent to it, as with any image on the web.

9. Your rights

Because we do not hold an account or a profile for you, there is generally no personal data of yours for us to export or delete. For data held by our advertising partners, use the opt-out links in section 4 or contact those providers directly. If you have a request or a question about your data under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or a comparable law, please get in touch.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially — for example if a new advertising partner or analytics provider is added — the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
