About

A small arcade, built properly.

Anas Arcade is a personal project by . It exists because most free browser-game sites are unpleasant to use: interstitial ads before you can play, layouts that shift under your thumb, and a login wall in front of a game that takes ninety seconds to finish.

This site is the opposite of that. Every game here is written from scratch as a self-contained component, prerendered as a static page, and loaded only when you open it. There is no backend, no user database and no analytics account attached to your play. Scores, streaks and statistics live in your own browser and never leave your device.

What is here

  • Wordit — One word. Six guesses. Everyone gets the same puzzle.
  • FlagMaster — Ten flags. Four options. Beat the clock.
  • Reflex — Wait for green. Don’t blink.
  • Merge 2048 — Slide, merge, and chase the 2048 tile.
  • Orbit — Switch direction. Dodge the belt. Survive.
  • Rift — One tap. Twenty-four levels. No second chances.
  • Chain — One tap. Then watch the whole thing come down.

How it is built

The site runs on Next.js with the App Router, deployed on Vercel. Pages are statically generated, fonts are self-hosted so nothing shifts as they load, and images are served in modern formats at the size your device actually needs. Each game is code-split into its own chunk — the Three.js engine behind Orbit, for example, is never downloaded unless you open that page.

The result is a set of 7 games that are playable within a second of tapping a link, on a mid-range phone, on mobile data.

Advertising

The site is free and is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Ads are deliberately kept out of the play area: they sit below the game canvas and between sections of written content, never beside a button you are about to press. You can read exactly what that involves — including cookies, third-party vendors and how to opt out — on the privacy policy page.
